Hodaka Days 2008 Seminars Announced

The Hodaka Clubs is pleased to announce two brand new seminars for Hodaka Days 2008.

Seminar #1
Former PABATCO service manager and Resonator revisited Technical Editor, Captain Ed Chesnut will share his experiences learned from over three decades of cross country competition including the original Bad Rock ISDT qualifier.

Ed and his friends will contrast the competitions of the 70s with the vintage competitions of today and explain how to prepare your bike for serious cross country competition or just a day in the boondocks.

Join the captain and his crew at the park pavilion for some lessons that are sure to move you closer to medal contention or just make your next trail ride more enjoyable.

Seminar #2
Ever wanted to build a Hodaka dirt track racer? Talk with the folks that have and see what it takes.

Captain Dirt (Jim Poffinroth) is joined by former PABATCO R & D manager and accomplished racer, Harry Taylor in a seminar explaining what it takes to build and campaign a dirt track racer. Jim, Harry, and company will cover the gamut, from frame geometry, to horsepower – reliability to part sources.

And, if we are fortunate, Jeff Lessley from California will join us and talk about his second place finish in the dirt track series he raced last year on his “slightly modified "Hodaka 250 SL.
